Terms and Conditions for Buying and Using ONE BEER Tickets

These Terms apply between Prachachon Beer (the “Organiser”) and any person who buys or uses a ticket to the ONE BEER event (the “Attendee”)

The ONE BEER event takes place on 3–4 October 2026 at Topgolf Thailand. The day, time round and bay that the purchaser is entitled to use are those set out in the order and on the electronic ticket

An order is complete once the Organiser has received payment successfully and has issued an order confirmation or an electronic ticket

2.1 Each QR code may be used to enter the event once only, on the day, round and bay stated on it

2.2 Once a QR code has been scanned and entry confirmed, it cannot be used again

2.3 The purchaser is responsible for keeping the QR code safe and passing it only to the people the purchaser intends to give entry to. QR codes must not be published publicly, reproduced, resold dishonestly, or used for improper gain

2.4 If more than one person presents the same QR code, the Organiser may refuse the code that has already been used, relying on the scan records held in the system, unless the Organiser’s own investigation shows otherwise

2.5 If a QR code is lost, stolen, or passed on without permission, the purchaser must contact the Organiser promptly. The Organiser may cancel it and issue a new QR code once the order can be verified and the purchaser’s identity confirmed. A replacement cannot be guaranteed if the original QR code has already been used to enter the event

3.1 Once an order is complete, the purchaser may not obtain a refund or change the day, the round, or the bay for reasons personal to the purchaser, such as a change of mind, being unable to travel, or arriving after the round has started, unless the law provides otherwise

3.2 If the Organiser cancels the event, the purchaser is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price and of any mandatory fees paid to the Organiser, for tickets that have not been used. The Organiser will begin processing the refund within 15 business days through the original payment channel. The time it takes for the money to reach the account may depend on the bank or the payment service provider

3.3 If the Organiser postpones the event or changes it in a material respect, such as the date or the venue, the purchaser may either use the ticket for the new schedule or ask for a full refund within the period announced by the Organiser, which will be open for requests for no less than 30 days from the date of the announcement

3.4 In the event of force majeure or for reasons of safety, the Organiser may adjust the schedule, the areas used, or other necessary details, and will inform the purchaser promptly. If the change affects a material part of the service, the purchaser’s rights are as set out in clause 3

3.5 These Terms do not remove or limit any right the purchaser has as a consumer under the law

The Organiser may refuse entry to the event, or ask an attendee to leave the venue, if that person reuses a ticket, breaks the law, behaves violently, harasses others, brings dangerous items into the venue, behaves in a way that affects safety, or significantly breaches the rules of the venue

Where the refusal or the removal results from the attendee’s own conduct, the Organiser may decline to refund the ticket price, unless the law provides otherwise

Buying a ticket does not confer any right to buy, receive, or consume alcoholic drinks. Anyone who wishes to buy, receive, or consume alcoholic drinks must be at least 20 years of age and must not be intoxicated. The Organiser or the seller may ask to see a national ID card, a passport, or another government-issued document where age is in doubt
